Once we placed the order with him he made us feel priority and we had our custom ring quickly. I needed the ring resized (due to my mistake) and he with no hesitation took the ring back and made it perfect for me. I chose rose gold with London fog blue topaz as a birthstone ring for my new son. My hope is for it to be an heirloom one day that can be passed on when he has a family of his own. This ring is beautifully hand-engraved with sparkling diamonds, and the style/design is exactly what I was looking for. The ring shipped on time and arrived well-packaged and in a box with a ribbon, which was a nice touch! The owner, Art, was really kind about answering all my questions about customization, sizing, clarity and color of the diamonds, etc. All in all, it was a great experience buying a ring online.
