Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns of eligible, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service, as Artax Studio cannot be responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Custom, Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized, engraved, altered, or specially made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes pieces made or modified according to customer-requested specifications beyond the standard options offered on the product page.

Selecting standard options offered on a product page, such as ring size or metal color, does not by itself make an item non-returnable unless the product is clearly identified as made-to-order or final sale before purchase.

If an item is made-to-order or otherwise non-returnable, this will be indicated on the applicable product page or communicated to you before the order is finalized.

Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once work has begun on a custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order piece, the order may no longer be canceled or changed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
