U.S. Shipping

Artax Studio provides complimentary express shipping on all orders within the United States.

All jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. For security, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Processing & Production Times

Many Artax Studio pieces are individually prepared, finished, and hand-engraved to order. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for production before your order ships.

Production times may vary depending on the design, customization, and complexity of the piece. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the requested timeframe can be accommodated.

Delivery

Artax Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier and assist in resolving the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to select destinations. Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.
