Products and Handcrafted Nature

Artax Studio creates individually crafted and hand-engraved jewelry. Because much of our work is performed by hand, slight variations in engraving, pattern placement, texture, finishing, dimensions, and other handcrafted details may naturally occur from one piece to another.

These variations are part of the character of handmade jewelry and, within reasonable tolerances, are not considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to represent our jewelry accurately through photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, and other information. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, metal reflections, and other factors.

Ring Size and Customer Specifications

Customers are responsible for selecting and providing the correct ring size and reviewing all selected product options before placing an order.

Artax Studio is not responsible for an incorrect ring size supplied or selected by the customer. If resizing is possible, additional charges and shipping costs may apply. Certain designs, engraving patterns, stone settings, or construction methods may limit whether or how much a ring can be resized.

For custom or personalized orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving any specifications, wording, initials, dates, symbols, dimensions, or other requested details before production begins.

Custom, Personalized and Made-to-Order Jewelry

Custom, personalized, engraved, altered, and specially made items may be subject to different cancellation and return conditions than standard products.

Once work has begun on a custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order item, the order may no longer be canceled or changed.

Items identified as final sale or non-returnable before purchase are not eligible for return or exchange except where required by law or where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product availability, technical errors, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order as represented.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and order information.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website and may change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, or other error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed as required during checkout.

Production and Shipping

Many Artax Studio pieces are individually prepared, finished, or hand-engraved to order.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided in our Shipping Policy and on applicable product pages. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless Artax Studio expressly confirms a specific date in writing.

Artax Studio is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should review that policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing customized, personalized, engraved, altered, or made-to-order jewelry.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Artax Studio name, branding, original jewelry designs, engraving patterns, product photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, written content, and other original material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Artax Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, manufacture, commercially exploit, distribute, publish, or use our original designs, images, or other protected material for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use Artax Studio intellectual property except as expressly authorized by us.
